Refund policy
At Weaporize, we are committed to delivering excellent product quality, customer service, and support to ensure your satisfaction. Through this excellence, we strive to build positive and lasting relationships with our clients.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the rare case the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or if you received the wrong product. You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a refund or exchange.
All return requests must be reviewed to determine eligibility.
Return process:
Email us at sales@weaporize.com with:
- Indicate if you want a “refund” or “exchange”
- Written description of the defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item(s)
- Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item(s)
- A copy the receipt or proof of purchase
*Please note the following do not qualify for return or replacement:
- Cosmetic inconsistencies which are not considered product defects
- Special orders or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
- Blem sale products
- Magazines or Lasered Magazines
If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Unfortunately, items shipped back to us without following the return request process will not be accepted.
For EXCHANGES, once a return request has been accepted, please go to the website (www.weaporize.com) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
For REFUNDS, if the return request is approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return has been approved and the funds have still not posted, please contact us at sales@weaporize.com.
