Weaporize 1 Year Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2025
At Weaporize, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased directly from www.weaporize.com or through authorized retailers. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
What is Covered
Weaporize warrants that all products purchased from www.weaporize.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Component failures due to faulty production (e.g., battery, heating elements, or structural components, as applicable).
What is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling (e.g., dropping, exposure to liquids, or unauthorized modifications).

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Products altered, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized third parties.

Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or usage guidelines provided by Weaporize.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use or data).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim within the Warranty Period:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@weaporize.com or use the contact form on www.weaporize.com. Provide your order number, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation), and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.

Evaluation: Weaporize will review your claim within 5-7 business days. We may request the return of the defective product for inspection (return shipping costs will be covered by Weaporize if the claim is approved).

Resolution: If the claim is valid, Weaporize will, at our discretion:

Repair the defective product at no cost.

Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.

Issue a refund or store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible.

If the claim is denied, we will notify you with an explanation and return the product (customer may be responsible for return shipping).

Customer Responsibilities

Retain proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) to validate warranty eligibility.

Follow all product usage and care instructions provided with your purchase.

Report issues promptly within the Warranty Period.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weaporize’s liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. Weaporize is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Reservations:
We reserve the right to update this warranty at any time. Updates to the warranty are not retroactive and apply only to purchases that are current with the effective date of this warranty
